Is it cheaper to book directly with you?

Yes. When you book through Great Escape Vacations instead of a third-party platform, you skip the service fees those platforms charge. The price you see on our site is what you pay.

What's your cancellation policy?

Most of our properties offer flexible cancellation up to 14 days before arrival for a full refund. Some homes have different terms, which are listed clearly on each property page before you book.

Are pets allowed?

Some of our properties are pet-friendly. You'll see a pet policy listed on each property page. If you're traveling with a dog and aren't sure, just reach out and we'll point you to the right options.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Standard check-in is 4pm and check-out is 11am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on the property and the bookings around yours. Contact us a few days before your stay and we'll do our best.

Every property comes with fresh linens, towels, and a stocked kitchen with the basics. Specific amenities are listed on each property page. If you need something that isn't listed, ask us before you arrive.

Yes. Every booking comes with a direct number for our guest team. We're available seven days a week. If something breaks or isn't right, call or text us and we'll get it sorted.

Do you offer long-term stays?

We do. Several properties in our portfolio are available for stays of 30 days or more. Rates for extended stays are typically lower than the nightly rate. Reach out and we'll put together the right arrangement.
